Matt Kelly created Make Design Studios in 2016 with a vision to bring themed environment design into commercial architecture. Initially trained as a drummer touring nationally, Matt's journey to architecture reflects his belief that great design, like great music, requires both technical mastery and creative intuition.

His experience at NBCUniversal Creative, where he contributed to design teams for major attractions including "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Diagon Alley" and Volcano Bay water park, shaped his approach to creating immersive spaces that tell stories.

Matt brings curiosity and energy to every project, treating each as an opportunity to create something that moves people. As a family man with three children, he understands that the spaces we inhabit shape our experiences and memories.

Andy MacPhee brings over 20 years of professional architecture experience to Make Design Studios, with a lifelong passion for the built environment. Originally from Massachusetts, Andy has dedicated his career to creating spaces that enhance how people live, work, and gather.

His diverse background spans luxury residential design in Boca Raton to hospitality and theme park projects in Orlando, giving him a unique perspective on creating memorable architectural experiences across scales and typologies.

As Vice President and Director of Operations since 2022, Andy ensures that every project maintains the highest standards of design excellence and execution. His leadership in the local architecture community, including serving as former AIA Orlando president, reflects his commitment to advancing the profession.
